Abstract
A vendor-neutral methodology for screen-sharing CATI — delivering visual stimuli and choice-based tasks (conjoint, MaxDiff, ad and concept tests, pricing tradeoffs) to hard-to-reach respondents during a live telephone interview. Grounded in Orme's conjoint methodology, Fowler & Mangione on standardized interviewing, the ICC/ESOMAR Code, and ISO 20252.
